Customer Quality Plans
Butler America surveys all of our customers on an annual basis to collect overall customer satisfaction results. This survey allows us to communicate and, more important, listen to our customers so that we can effectively improve and restructure the services that we provide. Following is an example of our survey results:
Since 2009, 97.2% of our customer ratings were ‘Satisfied’ to ‘Extremely Satisfied’.
