The determination of the arbitrators shall be final and binding on the parties and judgment on it may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and Butler agree to bear the cost of such arbitration equally. The arbitration shall take place in Montvale, NJ. These Terms and Conditions, any action undertaken pursuant hereto and the rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall be governed by and subject to all laws and regulations of the State of New Jersey.
