Butler International Helps a Leading DSL Provider Restore Services in a Critical Situation Butler helps a leading provider of DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) in the U.S. restore services in a critical situation that had over 700 customers without DSL service, some even without a dial tone. A portion of the DSL provider's facility suffered water damage due to a faulty air conditioning unit. The Butler team did the exemplary job of quickly assessing the situation, taking preemptive action to prevent further outages, cleaning-up and providing assistance throughout restoration including that of other DSLAMs affected by the water damage. With Butler's assistance, the client was able to dramatically reduce the MTTR (Mean Time to Restore) services to its customers. |
