Arjun A. Sethi leads the digital and business transformation strategies for HCLTech’s high-growth segments, including government and global private equity.

Arjun has more than 25 years of experience in digital transformation that enables him to bring differentiated GenAI solutions and digital services to HCLTech’s global clients. His international experience spans the Americas, Middle East and APAC markets across government, private equity and financial services.

Prior to joining HCLTech, Arjun held various leadership positions at Kearney, most recently as senior partner and vice chair of digital transformation. He was recognized by Consulting Magazine as one of the top 25 consultants for “Excellence in Leadership” and for his role in establishing and growing Kearney’s Digital Transformation Practice.

Arjun is a member of the distinguished group of NACD certified directors, committed to advancing the highest standards of boardroom excellence. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, India, and a post-graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Jim Heun

President & COO – Butler Aerospace & Defense

Jim has a long history spanning over 4 decades of experience within the Aerospace & Defense industry. His expertise includes developing and implementing strategic business initiatives that maximize efficiencies, improve gross margins, and incorporate best practices. Heun began his aviation career as a presidential crew chief at HMX-1 in the United States Marine Corps. In 1988, he joined Sikorsky Aircraft, where he was given increased responsibility during his 24 years there. While General Manager at Sikorsky, he integrated and lead the Maintenance Planning and Publications Departments from 2008 through 2011. Jim joined Butler as the Senior Vice President of Operations in 2012. In 2020, Jim was elected as President & COO of Butler. Jim holds an MBA with an emphasis in Technology Management from the University of New Haven.

Hari Sadarahalli

Corporate Vice President, Manufacturing, Medical, Transportation – HCL Technologies

Hari holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University and holds an Executive MBA from the Indian School of Business. With over 30 years of experience, he has worked with multiple companies globally. Hari is currently the Corporate Vice President and Head of Transportation, Manufacturing & Medical verticals at HCL Technologies. Hari has played a pivotal role in developing go-to-market strategies in engineering operations, business development, product management, and product engineering & development across various industries. He previously served as Executive Vice President for Alleges Group. Hari was also responsible for building the Automotive Engineering Practice at Satyam Computer Services. Earlier in his career, he worked for Owens Corning, BOSCH, and TATA Advanced Materials.

Siba Satapathy

Senior Vice President, ERS Transportation – HCL Technologies

Siba has over 22 years of experience in Core Engineering Business Development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the National Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Xavier Institute of Management. Siba is currently the Senior Vice President and Head of Engineering Services over the Transportation sector for HCL globally. Siba’s responsibilities include spearheading and overseeing Client Relations, Business Development, and the Pre-Sales Teams. His expertise includes road mapping developing long-term strategies, marketing, planning, large deal structuring, and new market incubation for the Aerospace & Defense sector, along with rolling out Business Solutions for HCL.

David Zolet

SSA Board Member

David holds a double master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and Electrical Engineering from John Hopkins University. He is currently the CEO at CentralSquare Technologies and has spent over 30 years in the government technology space market. David previously served as the President and CEO of LMI and also led the North American Public Sector Unit of DXC Technology. Other career roles include Vice President of Systems Integration at IBM, along with multiple roles spanning over 20 years at Northrop Grumman including President of Commercial/State/Local Group, President of the Defense Group, and Vice President of Homeland Security.

Patrick M. Dewar

Chairman of the Board

Patrick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Swarthmore College and University. With more than three decades of experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry, one of Patrick’s most notable contributions includes his work as the Executive Vice President for Lockheed Martin’s Global Investments and Acquisitions. Patrick has served as Chairman of the Board since 2010. He is also the founder of Trenton.

Stephen G. Wood

SSA Board Member

Stephen is the Chairman of Butler’s Government Security Committee. He is currently the President and CEO of SGW Advisors and previously served as the Senior Vice President for Rolls Royce – North America Government Business. Stephen served in the United States Air Force for 34 years and held several ranks including Deputy Commander of the U.S. Air Forces Korea, USAF Legislative Liaison to Congress, Deputy Chief of Staff – Plans and Programs, and Lieutenant General (Ret.). Stephen has a double master’s degree in International Relations from New Mexico State University and International Security Policy from the National Defense University in Washington DC.

Devin Fitting

Sr. Director of Operation & Recruitment

Devin hold a Bachelors in Aeronautic and Astronautics Engineering from Purdue University. He joined Butler back in 2004 as an Airframe Design Engineer and since then has carried out different roles of engineering across several functional groups. He has 17 years of Engineering Outsourcing Experience.

Rich Paras

Vice President of Legal, HR, IT & Risk

Rich has a JD form the New York Law School. He has 35 years of experience in Aerospace and Defense Engineering outsourcing, and has been a part of Butler since 1987. He carries out the responsibilities of providing legal, infrastructure business, human resource and risk management services to different groups within the organisation.

Joanna Ross

Director of Finance

Joanna has been a part of Butler since 1992, and had started off as a senior accountant. During her 30 years of association with the company, she has managed various roles. She has a Bachelors degree in Accounting form William Paterson University.

Sebastian Delmaire

Sr. Vice President of Sales

Sebastian has a Masters in Political Studies from Sciences-Po Paris. He began his professional career at Airbus Helicopters as the Head of competitive studies, and then became VP Strategy & Business Development in North America. He has been a Director of Partnerships at Aston Martin Lagonda. He has worked with the French Air Force for 16 years. With 20 years of experience in Aerospace and Defence Industry, he joined Butler in 2022.
